Lucy, the whirlwind on 3 legs
Lucy is a whirlwind on 3 legs, she is pure energy in fur, chaos in dog shape. This sweet girl spreads pure joy and enjoys life to the fullest.
She is very sweet and very attached to people. As an intelligent and active dog she is looking for someone to excercise her and keep her occupied. She is fiercely protective and would make a perfect guard dog.
When she is wagging her tail, half of her body is wagging. And she is not letting a small detail like a missing leg or tail hinder her at all.
Lucy came to us with an open leg fracture. Despite all efforts we couldn't save the leg as the infection had already affected the bone beyond saving.
Despite only having 3 legs, she still is a happy girl, so much so that she ended up with happy tail syndrom, damaging her tail so much during wagging it energetically that we had to amputate her tail too.
She is looking for active owners that spend a lot of time outdoor and enjoy excercising with her. She would also make a perfect family dog.
